Veterans of the franchise may already have their personal favorites they are excited for, but for new players or those who may just be unsure where to start, the various classes can be hard to choose between.There are five playable character classes in Diablo 4: Barbarian, Druid, Sorcerer, Rogue, and Necromancer. The game has an open beta the weekend of March 24, with all classes playable during that time. We have tested the Necromancer class with this build in the open beta and found that it is one of the easiest to get into.The latest in the popular series of dungeon-crawling ARPG adventures, Diablo 4, is coming soon, leaving some players already debating which character class they should make first. ![]() This is pretty much one of the easiest builds early in the game as you can send your minions to action while you focus on casting dark magic from afar. But, if you're still undecided, we suggest you go with Necromancer and focus on a Pet build. Our advice is to go with the class that looks the best to you and it's thematically the closest to your taste. Early in the game, all classes should be fairly easy to level up. All classes have their own strengths and weaknesses and there's certainly no such thing as the best class overall. We encourage you to try all these classes and go with the one that you like. If ranged combat is something that you prefer more, there's Necromancer or Sorcerer. If Barbarian is the one that looks like your thing, go for it. Simply put, you shouldn't spend a lot of time thinking about this at all.
